Mr. Juan M. Suazo. Juan was born and raised in Honduras, and currently lives in Jersey City, in the United State of America, with his family. He graduated with a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1993, and while he was still attending school he was also working for the CIBC – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a consultant from 1992 until 1995. By 1995 he started working as a full-time employee on Wall Street for Lehman Brothers’ front-end dealing systems to interface directly with the ITS TradePro system for Brokerage operations and Finance trade support in New York, London, Paris, Japan, and Milan.
Between 2003 and 2006 Juan completed his second degree as MBA and Master’s in Information Technology at the same time working for Citi Bank as Creates and maintaining the project Work Break Down Structure. By 2019 Juan was working for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Stanley branches, where he managed relocations, openings, closures, renovations and expansions, voice system upgrades and network upgrades for 3 years. He was also responsible of ensuring workflow progressed efficiently and project/staff were organized as priorities shifted.
Juan is currently working in Wells Fargo Bank’s Information Technology Management team and he is responsible for identifying hurdles and remediation to scaling up the problem management effort and establish efficiencies and learning across the organization for the best practices. Juan is scheduled to retire by June 2023 and will continue living between the USA and South Asia.
Juan’s wide experience is a precious asset for HFE – Humanitarian for Empowerment.

Dr Frank Fowlie

Dr. Frank Fowlie is the Deputy Chair of the Commonwealth Games Federation Ethics Commission. He served as Commissioner with Athletics Canada. Frank Vice Chair of the Canadian Sport Institute, Pacific.
Dr. Frank Fowlie served as the Independent Mediator with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (2015-2016) and as the Ombudsman at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) (2012-2015). He was the inaugural Ombudsman at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. ICANN is the agency which administers the global domain name system which serves as the backbone for the Internet (2004 – 2011). Frank is a mediator with the Green Climate Fund based in Korea.
Frank also served as a Capacity Building Consultant with the World Bank in Pakistan, specifically working with the Ombudsman of the Province of Balochistan (2015). Frank was on the Mediation Roster with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (2013 – 2019) and served six years as a Director of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (2009-2015). Frank served as the Chef de Mission for the Individual Olympic Athletes from East Timor at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
Frank holds a Doctor of Conflict Resolution (DCR) from La Trobe University, Melbourne, and is a Fellow with the Centre for Information Technology and Dispute Resolution at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. Frank holds the designation of Chartered Mediator. Frank was awarded the Canadian Peacekeeping Service Medal for his work with the UN in East Timor. In 2010 Frank was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the University of Regina Alumni Association. Frank began his career as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He is presently a Member of the Refugee Protection Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

Mr Leo Tony. Leo was born and raised in India, and currently lives in London, United Kingdom, with his family. He graduated as an Electronics and Communications Engineer in 1998, and started working in India as a Systems Engineer for Tata Consultancy Services – Asia Pacific. He then moved to Singapore in 2002 to work for Singapore Airlines. In 2005 he started working as a consultant for Siemens, building one of India’s first green field airports at Bangalore. In 2007 Leo moved to the United Kingdom to manage various projects for BT and Orange Telecom. Since 2010, he founded IBusinesslabs UK and has been part of engineering teams delivering airport design projects in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UK. Leo completed an Executive MBA from the University of Geneva in 2021 and he now serves as CTO of the mobility startup Airport in a Box, working on building digital infrastructures for the Future.

Blendë was born and raised in Lipjan, a small town near the capital of Kosovo. She completed her elementary education in 2020 with an exceptional academic record. She began her secondary education in the natural sciences in 2020 and is now a senior at Ulpiana Gymnasium.
Since 2019, she has been actively engaged in a variety of voluntary and humanitarian efforts, with the ultimate goal of giving back to her local community.
She is currently a deputy of the Youth Assembly in Kosovo, as well as the secretary of the local non-governmental organization in Lipjan known as “The Institution for Empowerment and Participation of Youth.” In addition, she is a member of the College Prep Club 7.0 at the American Advising Center and the Youth Leaders Academy at Toka.
She is an alumna of the Local Dialogue Academy for Young Women, the winner of the first-place education project at the Youth for Change Competition, and an active participant in trainings organized by a variety of non-governmental organizations in Kosovo.

Anton is Ukrainian, living in Ukraine. He has wide General Management and Commercial experience in EMEA with a personal responsibility to support and develop Sales strategies in Automotive and IT business domains.
Anton is Executive MBA alumni form IE Business School (Madrid)motive
From the first day of the war in Ukraine, Anton has organised a group of volunteers. He have been reaching out with aid to the victims of the conflict who need it most. Anton was one of the first to help in evacuation from the East, North-east of Ukraine.

Darren is an experienced Higher Education professional, with over 20 years of Lecturing
experience. His main area of professional expertise is in the areas of Economics, Statistics
analysis, and Data Analytics respectively.
His professional career started in 1996 as a Data Analyst for Price Waterhouse / Taylor
Nelson Market Research in Mauritius. In 1998, he joined AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in
Johannesburg, South Africa as Market Research Analyst. Subsequently, he has worked as
National Manager-Marketing Information and Pricing at Telkom Directory Services, in South
Africa. In 2002, Darren joined the National Lottery operator in South Africa, Uthingo Pty
Ltd as Chief Statistician, and Database Manager.
Darren now lives in Australia, working as a university lecturer at both Undergraduate and
Postgraduate levels. In his spare time, Darren is extensively involved in Volunteering work
and is also involved with a few charity organisations.

Dilshad Balgobin grew up in Mauritius and graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Technologies. Then he spent some years working for the French government, which made him discover Turkey.
After moving to Antalya, Turkey and working briefly in the French Embassy, he decided to have his own startup and officially create his digital Agency (TeslaKafa).
After more than 15 years in Turkey, Teslaka has been active in numerous governmental and private projects.
Lately he has accepted to share his experience to one of the biggest solar panel manufacturers in Europe as a Digital Business development Manager.
Dilshad loves humor, comedies and beautiful things and that reflects in his life.
