As the HFE , we emphasize our unwavering commitment to humanitarian principles and our dedication to alleviating the suffering of those affected by conflict and crises. We stand resolute in our apolitical stance, focusing solely on the well-being and empowerment of individuals in need.

In line with this critical call, we reiterate the following key points:

• Respect for International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law: We call upon all parties involved to honor their obligations under international humanitarian and human rights law. It is imperative that the principles safeguarding the rights and dignity of individuals are upheld at all times.
• Immediate Release of Hostages: We fervently urge the immediate and unconditional release of all civilians held hostage. Every individual deserves the right to freedom and security.
• Protection of Civilians and Infrastructure : Civilians and the vital infrastructure upon which they depend, including hospitals, shelters, and schools, must be safeguarded from harm. The sanctity of civilian life and essential facilities must be preserved at all costs.
• Unimpeded Aid Delivery: Humanitarian assistance, comprising food, water, medicine, and fuel, must flow into affected regions safely, swiftly, and at the necessary scale. This aid must reach those in dire need, with a particular focus on the well-being of women and children, wherever they are situated.
• Urgent Humanitarian Ceasefire: In the face of escalating crises, we underscore the pressing need for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire. Only through a cessation of hostilities can we provide critical assistance and alleviate the suffering of affected populations.
